sales manager - solar energy
JinkoSolar ChileThe Sales Manager – Brazil will be responsible for managing allocated accounts, driving business relationships and working in a fast-paced, effective sales team environment to support Jinko Solar’s monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives. The position will be part of a global team focused on selling Jinko’s products to utility scale, large and small commercial and residential solar PV in the Brazilian market base. In this role you will be expected to work directly with some of the largest IPP’s, developers, EPCs and Utilities and government agencies, as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for Brazilian Market business growth
• Create and integrate sales solution offerings and effective sales strategies including product launches to ensure business growth
• Be a proactive force in helping the organization position itself to grow revenue profitably
• Understand customers clinical and economic needs, and then map the values and benefits of Jinkos system solution offerings to those needs
• Instill sales principles, discipline, and accountability throughout the organization
• Search suitable system service suppliers & installers for further distribution
• Develop regional sales strategy
• Communicate the business strategy and vision internally and externally
• Establish and optimize operational sale and business development processes
• Assist in driving revenue growth through lead generation and mobilization of the field sales team.
• Manage a dedicated, results-oriented sales team
• Evaluate the team continuously to create a team that is appropriate to the business challenges
• Facilitate innovative total customer offering development to ensure customer success
• Regional sales performance management and sales team leading.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Sales & Marketing, or another related field
• 5+years experience in sales of PV industry
• Experience of leading regional sales team
• A proven track record of instilling sales discipline and accountability within a regional business
• Commercialization experience with a focus on building market awareness and go-to-market strategy and execution
• Hands-on experience in module or solar product related sales to the Brazilian market
• Leadership skills that will help cultivate a culture of Jinko Solar Growth Values and integrity
• Acts With Unquestionable Integrity -- Uses sound judgement in all situations
• Exceptional communication skills
• Customer focus and ability to build rapport at all levels internally and externally
• A reputation for collaboration and teamwork

• Experience and knowledge of utilities, EPCs and IPPs desired
• Ability to travel within the region as required
