Chronos Consulting client is a global food manufacturing company, currently looking for an Indirect/Traditional Key Account Channel Manager to
lead the traditional channel local strategy and grow the business categories by implementing go to market plans based on understanding, knowledge,
leanings and insight on shopper behaviors at the local market with alignment at a regional level.
Reports to the Customer Development Director,
3 Direct Reports
Accelerates distribution, quality coverage at local market, Increase net sales of the categories at the traditional channel
Defines and implements local go to market strategies
Executes Catman plan for the channel
Acts as a Channel expert bringing external knowledge and strategies of conditions and evolution of the retail environment.
Links field sales,customer marketing and shopper to ensure the right execution at the point of sale
Optimizes trade investment
Defines service level agreements and identifies opportunities to better serve the customers.
Provides constructive feedback and coaches team, anticipates resources capability needs.
University Degree in Business or related area
4+ years experience in sales traditional channel
2+ years in a leadership role
Strategic minded, innovative and capacity of long-term planning
Ability to drive results and applies knowledge to drive excellent grow in the business
Channel understanding and capable to lead multiple relationships with customers & internal network.
Fluent in English
