Account Manager


Position for Staffing Account Manager
Staffing Account Manager with demonstrated success and past experience in selling, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. The Staffing Account Manager reports to the Division Head and is primarily responsible for the following:

0. Account Management
- Manage customers account
- Manage and fulfill staffing requirement of the customers
- Manage recruitment, candidate screening and pre-boarding
- Service Delivery management


1. Client development

- Develop and grow his/her own client base by selling our services for temporary, project and/or full-time Information Technology staffing solutions.
- Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
- Negotiate bill rates with clients.

2. Candidate development

- Recruit top local Information Technology and Software professionals; interview and identify temporary, project and fulltime opportunities for these candidates.

3. Placement activities

- Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service.
- Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Uncover additional opportunities through contact with candidates on assignment and clients to grow our business and job opportunities for our candidates.

4. General

- Responsible for solidifying our presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
- Strategize with teammates and manager to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
