Vietnam is the largest coffee exporter in Asia,second largest in the world after Brazil .Our client is a group of companies who is one of the leading producers and exporters of coffee in Vietnam. They possess several coffee processing factories with modern technology imported . Their factories are located in almost coffee plantation areas throughout Vietnam.
In view of their expansion plan and increased production efficiency, our client is seeking for a dynamic, result oriented professional with relevant good management experience to drive the company management team , to be based in Vietnam as


GENERAL MANAGER


Job Type : Executive

Functions :

Responsible for all the daily activities of the factory comprising processing systems of Instant Coffee, Bean Coffee, and Fertilizer;
Set up/develop, control and work closely with all department heads (technical department, production department, quality control department, material department,…)to ensure and effective production plans & control system for the whole factory including ma
Ensure the timely delivery of finished products to the company’s customers
Follow up customers' requirement, control costs of products
Control quality of raw materials & products
Training workers & labors' efficiencies, improving productivities
Work closely with the designed Sales & Marketing Manager and Financial Manager to ensure sales volume of finished products to global customers (part of finished products will be consumed by the other businesses of the company).


Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Food Technology Process or any other relevant fields with degree/diploma in business administration;
Minimum 7 years experience in manufacturing field / seafood industry with 2-3 years being the GM;
Excellent management skills in production field
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Good sales skills
